The death is announced on Sunday, at 19, Camden Crescent, of the wife of Major General F H Vanderzee, LSC. The funeral took place on Wednesday, at Lansdown Cemetery

A small aside in 1901 Wilhelmina, widow of Francis Henry was living just three doors from where I was living in Bath in 1974 when Keith and I met whilst at university there. Of course, the Vanderzees would have been occupying the whole house, whilst my humble abode was a bedsitter in a flat occupied by a family!

(Major General Francis Henry VANDERZEE [9075] was born on 18 Jan 1841 in St Pancras London, baptised on 28 May 1841 in Royal wedding when he got the name and died on 21 Apr 1909 in Beaulieu-Sur-Mer.)
