Elizabeth alias Bessy; (ii) Henry Montague of Langham, farmer; (iii) James Alston of Colchester, gentleman (trustee of Henry M.) Cottage with gardens and orchards, and land (11a.) called by the name of a parcel of grove named Hartshorn Grove, in the occupation of the said Henry M., lying near the highway from Langham Moor to Boxted Heath, in Boxted. Subject to a Mortgage by way of Demise for 1000 years, for L200, 10 April 1775, made between John S., f. of (i) and John Roberson of Great Horkesley, farmer, now decd.; the residue of the term passing to Susan, widow of John R., and on her death James Dean, her exor., to whom L140. of the consideration is to be paid and the residue of the term assigned to William Sudell of Colchester, gent., in trust for the said James A. and alo in trust for William Warren of Nayland (co. Suff.), soapboiler, in respect of a messuage in Nayland likewise comprised in the Mortgage
