A messuage in Rotten End (containing half an acre), one head abutting on the king's highway from Crosegate to Shalford mill south, the other head abutting on lands of Samuel Boosey, now in occupation of Thomas Giver north; one meadow (3 acres), one head abutting on lands of Ephraim Wilshire south, the other on the river at Shalford mill north; and arable (half an acre), and 2 pastures (2 acres), one head abutting on the said king's highway north, the other on the lands of Joshuna Ward, gent., in occupation of Thomas White, called Spencers, south, all at annual rent of 5 shillings 6 pence.
