Lord George Booth, 3rd Baron Delamere, 2nd Earl Warrington married Mary eldest daughter and coheiress of John Oldbury Esq. of London, Merchant by whom he had an only daughter, Mary who married 6th August 1736 Henry Grey, 4th Earl of Stamford.
Lord Booth was styled as Lord Delamer between 1690 and 1694. He succeeded to the title of 2nd Earl of Warrington, co. Lancaster [E., 1690] on 2 January 1694. He succeeded to the title of 4th Baronet Booth, of Dunham Massey, co. Chester [E., 1611] on 2 January 1693/94. He succeeded to the title of 3rd Baron Delamer of Dunham Massey, co. Chester [E., 1661] on 2 January 1693/94. On his death, the Earldom of Warrington became extinct. He has an extensive biographical entry in the Dictionary of National Biography. Ref: The Peerage.com
