Susan Perrett notes in 2007 "there are no baptisms noted for Ellen Ffrier between 1600-1625 or any other Ffrier/Fryer on the LDS film" of Stansfield.

Ellen married Samuel ALSTON [1588] [MRIN: 518], son of Edmund ALSTON [2617] and Rachel SKINNER [2782], on 3 Feb 1639/40 in Stansfield SFK. (Samuel ALSTON [1588] was born in Newton SFK, baptised on 26 Nov 1618 in Newton Nr Sudbury SFK, died on 23 Jan 1685/86 in Newton SFK and was buried on 25 Jan 1685/86 in Newton SFK.)
