 Cause of his death was Spanish flu.
Research Notes:
Dudley went to sea and became a Master Mariner, he joined the 17th King's Royal Rifle Corps in WWI but lost a leg at the front. Invalided home he became a staff officer at the war office in Whitehall. He became a casualty of the influenza pandemic and was given a military funeral.
