In the Will of Theodore George Fenn deceased.
I Margaret Fenn of Littlebourne near Dunedin in the provincial district of Otago in the Colony of New Zealand Widow make oath and say as follows:
1 Theodore George Fenn formerly of Easebourne in the County of Sussex in England Navigating Lieutenant in the Royal Navy and afterwards for about seven years up to the date of his death residing at or near Dunedin aforesaid was my husband and was resident at Littlebourne aforesaid within this district.
2 The said Theodore George Fenn died at Littlebourne aforesaid on the twentieth day of December one thousand eight hundred and eighty nine.
3 I believe the paper writing now produced bearing date the sixth day of March one thousand eight hundred and seventy seven and marked with the letter "A" to be the last Will and Testament of the said Theodore George Fenn deceased and that I am the executrix therein named.
4 I will faithfully execute the said Will by paying the debts and legacies of the said deceased as far as the property will extend and the law binds.
Sworn at Dunedin aforesaid this third day of January one thousand eight hundred and ninety.

Margaret married Lieut R.N. Theodore George FENN [8] [MRIN: 3], son of Dr Thomas Harrold FENN M.R.C.S. [1] and Maria ALSTON [2], on 1 Nov 1876 in Forrest Row Sussex. (Lieut R.N. Theodore George FENN [8] was born on 19 Jun 1846 in Nayland SFK, baptised on 5 Aug 1846 in Nayland SFK, died on 20 Dec 1889 in Dunedin Otago NZ and was buried in Southern Cemetery Dunedin N.Z..). The cause of his death was chronic brights (kidney) and heart disease.
