I GEORGE FREDERICK PLAYFORD of Forest Row in the Parish of East Grinstead. Sussex declare this to be my last Will and Testament_All former Wills and testamentary documents by me at any time made
I appoint my daughters Agnes Harriette and Katharine Worth EXECUTRIKS of this my Will
I give devise and bequeath all the Estate property and effects of which I may die possessed unto my said daughters Agnes Harriette and Katharine Worth their heirs and executors and administrators according to the nature and tenure thereof respectively Upon trust that my said daughters Agnes Harriette and Katharine Worth or the survivor of them their or her assigns or the executors or administrators of such survivor or their assigns (all of whom are in in the expression my Trustees or Trustee whenever such expression is made use of in this my Will) do and shall sell or dispose of at such time or times and in such manner as my Trustees or Trustee in her or their absolute discretion shall think fit all my real and such part of my residuary personal estate as shall not consist of ready money And I declare that my Trustees or Trustee shall stand possessed of the monies to arise from such sale and of the ready money Upon trust that they my Trustees or Trustee do and shall discharge pay out of such monies all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses and do and shall divide the residue of the said monies amongst my daughters the said Agnes Harriette the said Katharine Worth and Constance Fanny in equal shares as tenants in common and not as joint tenants And I declare that any daughter of mine who shall derive any benefit under this my Will and shall at my decease be a married woman shall take such benefit for her sole and separate use free frum the debts liabilities or control of her husband And I empower my Trustees or Trustee to grant a lease or leases of any real or leasehold property pending its sale or conversion under the trusts of my Will to such person or persons for such term of years and at such rents and generally in such manner as they or she shall think fit And I declare that the provision in the Act of Parliament the twenty third and twenty fourth Victoria Chapter 145 as to the appointment and powers of Trustees shall be applicable to this my Will and to the trusts hereby created
