I MARGARET STREET of Kempley Lansdowne Road Bournemouth in the County of Southampton Widow do hereby revoke all former wills made by me and declare this to be my last will I appoint my son Dr Alfred Francis Street to be the SOLE EXECUTOR and TRUSTEE of this my will I give all my jewellery trinkets ornaments of the person wearing apparel furniture plate plated articles linen china glass books pictures musical instruments and other household articles to my four daughters Margaret Anne Street Frances Amelia Street Alice Gertrude Street and Edith Mary Street and the survivors of them in equal shares I give devise and bequeath all my property real and personal not hereby otherwise disposed of unto my said son Alfred Francis Street as trustee Upon trust that my said son shall sell call in and convert into money the same or such part thereof as shall not consist of money and shall out of the moneys produced by such sale calling in and conversion and out of my ready money pay my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts and shall stand possessed of the residue of the said moneys In trust for my said four daughters and son videlicet Margaret Anne Street Prances Amelia Street Alice Gertrude Street and Edith Mary Street and Alfred Francis Street in equal shares and if any of my said daughters or son shall die in my lifetime the said residue shall be in trust for the survivors of them And I hereby declare that by this my will I do not intend in any way to exercise any powers of appointment given to me by the will and codicils of my late father Francis James Nugee in respect of certain funds comprised in the said will and codicils and thereby bequeathed in trust for me and my ohildren IN WITNESS whereof I have here unto set my hand this nineteenth day of April one thousand nine hundred and six MARGARET STREET SIGNED by the said Margaret Street the testatrix as and for her last will in the presence of us both being present at the same time and who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses A.
