1. Isabella Juliana Le Neve: Will, 1792, Nayland SFK.
The last Will and testament of me Isabella Juliana Harrold the wife of Thomas Churchman Harrold of Nayland in the county of Suffolk surgeon (late Isabella Juliana Le Neve spinster) made in the time of my health and strength of memory and understanding namely by virtue of a power to me given in and by
a certain settlement made previous to my marriage with the said Thomas Churchman Harrold and by virtue of all other powers and authorities whatsoever which to me do or may belong or appertain do give and devise, direct, limit, and appoint unto my husband the said Thomas Churchman Harrold all and singular my
manors, messuages, lands, tenements, hereditaments, and real estate whatsoever and wheresoever
and also all my monies, chattels, personal estate and effects of what nature or kind soever to hold the same unto my said husband Thomas Churchman Harrold, his heirs, etc. chargeable nevertheless and I do
hereby expressly charge all and singular my said manors, messuages, lands, tenements, hereditaments,
real and personal estate whatsoever with the payment of the sum of £1,000 of lawful money of Great Britain unto all the children of my sister Anna Eliza Henrietta Arnold the wife of Aldous Arnold surgeon that
shall be living and the lawful issue of such of them as shall be dead at the expiration of six calendar months after the death of the said Thomas Churchman Harrold to be equally divided between them but in case all or any of the children of my said sister Anna Eliza Henrietta Arnold shall not have attained their several and respective ages of twenty one years or the issue of such of them as shall happen to he dead leaving issue at the expiration of six months from the death of the said Thomas Churchman Harrold, then my Will and mind is that the share or shares of such of them as shall not have attained that age be paid into the hands of my said sister Anna Eliza Henrietta Arnold shall happen to die without lawful issue and before their shares
shall become due and payable, then I give the said sum of £1,000 unto my said sister Anna Eliza Henrietta Arnold but in case my said sister Anna Eliza Henrietta Arnold and all her children and their issue
shall die in the lifetime of the said Thomas Churchman Harrold then my Will is that the said sum of £1,000 so chargeable as aforesaid shall sink in my real and personal estate for the benefit of my husband the said
Thomas Churchman Harrold and I give the said sum of £1,000 to the said Thomas Churchman Harrold accordingly and I do make and appoint the said Thomas Churchman Harrold sole executor of this my Will and hereby revoking all former and other Will and Wills by me at any time heretofore made I do publish and declare this to be my last Will. In Witness whereof I the said Isabella Juliana Harrold have hereunto
set my hand and seal this day 2nd of February 1792

This Will was proved at London the 30th of July 1798 before the worshipful John Fisher doctor of laws
surrogate of the right honourable Sir William Wynne Knight also Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or
Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oath of Thomas Churchman Harrold the husband of the deceased the sole executor named in the said Will to whom administration was granted of all and singular the goods, chattels, and credits of the said deceased having been first sworn duly to administer.

(Dr Thomas Churchman HARROLD [132] was born on 29 Jan 1765, baptised on 28 Feb 1765 in Harwich ESS, died on 3 Jul 1849 and was buried on 10 Jul 1849 in St Marys Wiston SFK.)
