The Will of Robert Allston of St. Mary Overy in the County of Surrey, Salesman, bequeaths to his wife, Elizabeth Allston, freehold house in Tuly Street called Tuly Gate, commonly called the Hole in the Wall.
To son Wilham Allston two leasehold houses situate at Green Bank in East Smithfield, half the stock in trade and book debts also an estate near Chipping and Reackfoot in Lancaster and another estate Copyhold in the parish of Chipping, with the sum of & L50
The rest of the estate both real and personal to said wife Elizabeth
To Edward Davis Shoemaker 10/6 to buy a ring
Elizabeth the wife appointed sole executrix
Proved in London August 27, 1747 by Elizabeth Allston the Relict.
On the 10th August 1749 Administration grauted to William Alston son of above and Administrator of the Goods of Elizabeth his mother deceased.
