William Alston of Dedham in the County of Essex, Stapler, bequeaths to his loving wife Sarah the Tenements in Dedham known by the name of the New Rowe
To Servant Anne Nooth one Tenement parcel of the said New Rowe for her life, should the said servant die before his
Of Dedham. wife, the Tenement to go to the wife for her natural life
To son Edward Alston the Lands and Tenements in Yalding Ashe Elmington and Wingham in the County of Kent, Reeve also after the death of Anne the servant and Sarah the wife, the Tenements called the New Rowe in Dedham
To same son L100 and his best Mare the money to be paid to said son within six months of testator's death by the executrix
20/- to the poor of Dedham.
Testator's brother Edward Alston to be supervisor of the will and Sarah testator's wife sole executrix
