Precis Original Will of Charles FENN of Debenham 1746 Occupation - Apothecary "All which my said real estate that is to say my messuages and farm lands hereditaments and premises whatsoever situate and lying and being in Kenton or towns adjacent in the said county of Suffolk…" "I give and devise the same and every part and parcel thereoff with theirs and every of their rights members and appurtanances unto my son Charles Ffenn during the term of his natural life…" The Will then sets out in great detail what should happen in the event that his son Charles marries/does not marry/has male children or female children lawfully born. In the event of none of these things happening, and his son Charles being dead he continues:- "…and in such case I will my said estate to my kinsman John Hubbard of Finningham in the said county Miller…" Ref: Ipswich R O ICAA1/175/99
