THIS IS THE .LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me RAOUL Marquis de BOURBEL de MONTPINCON Lieutenant Colonel in the Royal (late Bengal) Engineers British subject I desire that my books and family records and other de MONTPINCON papers and documents concerning the family history as well as the family silver plate 4 pictures jewelry and all such articles that came to me from my father & grandfather should at my decease become heirlooms and as such pass to the next heir male who may succeed to the title And as to all other my estate and effects both real and personal and of What nature soever and wheresoever situate of which I may stand possessed or be entitled to at the time of my death I give devise and bequeath the same (after payment of my just debts) unto Augustus Alfred de Bourbel late Captain in the 6th Dragoon Guards and Herbert Collet son of James Collet Engineer in Chief of the Western Ropootana Railway Upon trust for my dear wife Lina Mary Marquise de Bourbel (nee Collet) during her natural life and after her decease for any child or children of my marriage with my said wife if more than one in equal shares absolutely And I hereby appoint the said Augustus Alfred de Bourbel and Herbert Collet EXECUTORS of this my will and lastly I revoke all former wills
