I bequeath to my wife Sophia de Bourbel absolutely all my watches jewels trinkets personal ornaments and wearing apparel and all my furniture plate plated goods linen glass chine books pictures prints and all other articles of personal domestic or household use or ornament wines liquors and consumable stores and provisions I make no other pecuniary provision for her by this my Will because she is otherwise provided for
I bequeath all the personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever of or to which I Shall die possessed or entitled and not otherwise disposed of by this my Will or any Codicil hereto subject to and after payment of my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts Unto my sons Raoul de Bourbel Barrister at Law and The Reverend Alard Charles de Bourbel Clerk in Holy Orders their respective executors administrators and assigns for their absolute benefit in equal shares as tenants in common I appoint my said two sons Raoul de Bourbel and Alard Charles de Bourbel EXECUTORS of this my Will
IN WITNESS whereof I the said Augustus Alfred de Bourbel have to this my Will set my hand this third day of August One thousand eight hundred and ninety four

THIS IS A CODICIL to the Will of me AUGUSTUS ALFRED DE BOURBEL late a Captain in Her late Majestys Sixth Regiment of Dragoon Guards which Will bears date the third day of August One thousand eight hundred and ninely four I bequeath to my friends Sydney Robert James White and Anna Barbara White his wife in equal shares the several articles of furniture and effects belonging to me and now at their residence Craven Grange Baurnemouth where I reside with them which are or shall be specified as intended for them in any paper or memorandum signed or to be signed by me and deposited with this Codicil or left among my Paper B at my death but in case either of them the said Sydney Robert James White and Anna Barbara White shall die in my lifetime then I bequeath the share of the one so dying to the other of them if living at my decease I revoke the provisions of my Will so far as Shall be necessary to give effect to the bequests hereinbefore contained but in all other respects I confirm my said Will
