Julia Garbett (nee Norman) Mabel's granddaughter writes to Rosamond Stewart:
My husband Michael died 5 years ago after 5 years of a distressing illness. He had Leukaemia, because it was so severe he was used as a guinea pig for a certain drug and for both of us it was a very distressing and aweful time.

Michael married Julia NORMAN [9311] [MRIN: 3211], daughter of Col Dudley Stewart NORMAN [9310] and Penelope Esbell LAURENCE [9278], in 1952 in Rye SSX. (Julia NORMAN [9311] was born in 1928 in Farnborough HAM and died on 3 Jul 2018 in England.)
