THIS IS THE LAST WILL and TESTAMENT of me HERBERT WILLIAM ALSTON of Dover in the county of Kent Outfitter I direct all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses to be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease I devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto and to the use of my wife Mary Elizabeth absolutely I appoint my said wife Mary Elizabeth sole EXECUTRIX of this my will And hereby revoking all former and other wills I declare this to be my last will and testament
