The book quotes: This WILLIAM BLOMFIELD was also owner of the Manor of Bridgeplace in Coddenham, which was bought by his father SIMON BLOMVILLE, about the year 1616, of Edmund HACKLUIT, son of the author of the 'Voyages'. Then follows a pedigree of the Blomfield family.

William Blomfield = Anne Cutting
Simon Blomfield of Monks Eleigh = Elizabeth, da. of Arthur Penning of Kettleburgh, Esq.
