The following monumental inscription is on the wall inside St Gregory's Church, Norwich:
This tablet is erected by William RACKHAM esqr. of this parish and Mary his wife to the memory of five of their children who are interred near this spot viz.
Theodore. Who died March 1st 1821, aet. 6 months.
Mary Elizth. Who died May 11th 1823, aet. 13 years.
William. Who died Feby. 22nd 1826, aet. 15 years.
Alice, Who died June 27th 1850, aet. 21 years.
Also Richard. Who died July 7th 1850, aet. 28 years.
"The Lord gave and the Lord hath taken away
blessed be the name of the Lord".
