Abraham was mentioned as under 20 in his Uncle Abraham's will 1624. Was mentioned by his cousin Sir Edward Alston MD in his will 1668, as of Water Belchamp Essex.

Bill, 2 May 1678, by Abraham Alston of Water Beacham, co. Essex, and Rachel Skinner of Sudbury, Suffolk, widow, and three of her daughters, v. George Lowe.
Sir Edward Alston heretofore of the parish of Gt. St. Helen's, London, Kt., Doctor in Physic, decd., made his will in Nov 1669 and died about 23 December following. His widow Susannah died July 1670.
The suit is against the surviving executor, for recovery of legacies under the Will.
