Edward was educated at St Pauls School, Merton College Oxford demy Magdaline College Cambridge 1648-50. B.A. 14 Mar 1649/50. M.A. 28 Jun 1652. Elected to a Fellowship 1650, but was ejected 1660. Incorp at Camb 1657. B and DD 1676. Rector of St Peters Northamptonadm 15 Oct 1658. Preb. of Worcester 1660. Archdeacon of Norfolk 1661. d 28 Jun, bur 1 Jul 1698 at Kingsthorpe M.I.
