Anne benefited under the Will of her Sister-in-Law Frances Reynolds nee Alston dated 16 May 1720 as:
". . . . . I give to my Sister-in-Law Ann Alston widow of my Brother John Alston an Enclosed ground which she now enjoys in Pavenham in the County of Bedford for and during the term of her life and after her decease I give the same to my Executors . . . . ."

There is no record of Annie's burial in the Pavenham Felmersham or Odell Registers.

Annie married John ALSTON [3098] [MRIN: 1045], son of John ALSTON of Pavenham [3091] and Dorothy TEMPLE [3092], about 1669. (John ALSTON [3098] was born about 1640 and was buried on 2 Jan 1718/19 in Pavenham BDF.)
