I hearby revoke all former Wills and Testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me I appoint the Midland Bank Executor and Trustee Company Limited (hereinafter called "the company") to be the Executor and Trustee of this my Will upon the condition specified in the Company's Handbook in use at the date hereof and I declare that the Company shall be entitled to remuneration (free from duties and in addition to the customary share of brokerage) in accordance with the Company's scale of fees which is in force at the date hereof that the firm of Pidsley & Roberts of 22 Union Street Newton Abbot in the County of Devon shall be employed unless the Company sees reason to the contrary I direct payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses by the Company and subject thereto I Give Devise and Bequeath all my estate both real and personal and of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate unto and equally between the National Society for Cancer Relief of 47 Victoria Street London SW 1 and the Imperial Cancer Research Fund at the Royal College of Surgeons, Lincolns Inn London WC 2 and I direct that the receipt of the Secretary or Treasurer as the case may be of such offices shall be a sufficient discharge for my executor.
