For John Sewell Jnr d.1588/9 [11583] Will: I believe I know the identity of the Robert Cooke mentioned; that he is son of Robert Cooke and Joan Syday.
Although I do not know the name of Robert Cooke [Jr.]'s wife, his mother Joan (Syday) Cooke had a will in 1561 which was witnessed by John Sewall the elder, and John Sewall the younger.
Robert Cooke [Sr.] also had acquired land in Pebmarsh in 1539 from John Sewell, which I presume would be your John1 Sewell on the website (and thus, he was probably born before 1520)

I would think if John Sewall the younger witnessed a will in 1561, he would have had to been born before 1543.
