of Philip Alston late of Poplar in the parish of St. Dunstan Stepney, co. Middlesex, clerk, bachelor, deceased was granted to Thomas Pattle a creditor of the said deceased having been first sworn duly to administer Philip Hackett the cousin german and only next of kin having first renounced.
