Hannah TIMMS [8399]

  General Notes:

Charles Taylor (b. 1846, Bletchingdon) was recorded in the 1851 census as a 5-year old boy living in a household whose head was his grandfather, recorded as William Timms. Also living at the same address was a Hannah Taylor, (b. 1822) who was recorded as the daughter of the head of household. I have inferred from this that she was Charles' mother, who must have been a Timms who married an unknown Taylor. She is not recorded as a widow, however, so its not clear what had happened to Charles' father.
