Precis of the Will of SARAH ALSTON of Pavenham
Dated June 21, 1714.
Sarah (widow) leaves her house in Pavenham and appurtenances to grandson William Alston and his heirs.
To my nephew Nathaniel Lancaster L50.
The rest of personal estate to neice Elizabeth Lancaster who is to act as executrix.

Sarah married William ALSTON Gent [3094] [MRIN: 2154], son of John ALSTON of Pavenham [3091] and Dorothy TEMPLE [3092], after 1670. (William ALSTON Gent [3094] was baptised on 13 Aug 1637 in Odell BDF, died on 14 Nov 1708 in Pavenham BDF and was buried on 16 Nov 1708 in St Peter Pavenham BDF.)
