Dorothy was of St Pauls Covent Garden, and a legatee under her sister Mary's will.

12 & 13 May 1689. Assignment of mortgage by lease and release for L200 to each by Dorothy Warner, spinster, of St. Paul's, Covent Garden, and Elizabeth Brandling, spinster, of St. Andrew's, Holborn, to Nathaniel Hawes, citizen and fishmonger, of London.

Will of Dorothy Warner of St. Martins-in-the-Fields, Middlesex. To Thomas Alston Esq. of Chelsea and Bambridge Buckeridge, gent., of St. Giles', Middlesex All property in Bramford and Blakenham Parva inherited from Joseph Alston through Mary Alston (sister of Dorothy Warner) in trust to dispose of as directed by Dame Mary Hanmer (also daughter of Jos. Alston) but to sell Bullen Wood to settle debts of Mary Alston; and money bequests. Executrix: Isabella Willims, spinster, of St. Andrews, Holborn. Will dated 24 Feb. 1696 and proved 30 May 1700).
