IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND CANTERBURY DISTRICT TIMARU REGISTRY IN THE ESTATE of ANDREW MELVILLE JAMESON of Winna, Five Ashes, Sussex in England, Retired Farmer, Deceased. I, GEORGE PALMER CHAPMAN of Timaru, Solicitor, make oath and say as follows:- 1. THAT I am informed and verily believe that the abovenamed ANDREW MELVILLE JAMESON died at Winna, Five Ashes in the County of Sussex in England, on the 10th day of September 1950. 2. THAT Probate of the Will of the said Andrew Melville Jameson was granted to MARGUERITE JAMESON of Winna, Five Ashes aforesaid, Widow, in the Principal Registry of the Probate Divorce and Admiralty Division of His Majesty's High Court of Justice on the 3rd day of November 1950. 3. THAT I am one of the Attorneys named in a Power of Attorney given by the said Marguerite Jameson to JOHN WILLIAM ROLLESTON and myself jointly and severally bearing date the 2nd day of February 1951 and as such Attorney I am duly authorised to apply to this Court for the, resealing of the Exemplification of Probate of the said will. A true copy of the said Power of Attorney is annexed hereto and marked "A." I have received no notice or information of revocation of the said Power of Attorney. 4. THAT the estate of the said Andrew Melville Jameson in New Zealand consists of New Zealand Government Inscribed Stock, accrued income in respect of a life interest in an estate, and cash in the Trust Account of Tripp and Rolleston, Solicitors, Timaru. 5. THAT according to my information and belief the estate and effects in New Zealand of the said Deceased are under the value of £400 SWORN at Timaru this 7th day of 1951 before me: G P Chapman
