THE WILL of THOMAS ALSTON of ODELL BEDFORDSHIRE. Dated 24 Mar 1854 This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Alston of Odell in the County of Bedfordshire I direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses be paid and satisfied by my executor hereinafter named as soon as reasonably may be after my decease. I give devise and bequeath unto my sister Helena Charlotte Fisher all and every my household furniture linen and wearing apparel books plate pictures china horses carts and carriages and all and every sum and sums of money which may be found in my house or be about my person or due to me at the time of my demise and also all my stocks funds and securities for money . . . . . money on bills bonds notes or other securities and all and every other my estate and effects whatsoever and where soever both real and personal whether in possession or reversion . . . . . or expectancy unto my aforesaid sister Helena Charlotte Fisherto and for her own use and benefit absolutely And I nominate constitute and appoint . . . . .
