Freehold Farm of 100 Acres. Halstead Essex. To be Sold by Auction. By Mr Winstanley. At Garraway's Coffee House, Exchange Alley, Cornhill, London, in February next, by order of the Executrix of the late Joseph Alston Esq., deceased. An eligible Freehold Estate, situated adjoining to the town of Halstead, a fine supporting part of the county of Essex, in that the high Road to Norwich. 9 miles from Sudbury, 6 from Braintree, 12 from Colchester, and 46 from London; consisting of a convenient roomy dwellinghouse, campaigning every requisite accommodation for a family, with double coach house, stabling, outbuildings, pleasure and kitchen garden, orchard well stocked with fruit trees, two courtyards, farmyard, husbandry stable, hop kiln, and other outhouses, suited to the farm; also, in another convenient part of the estate a good barn and farmyard, together with sundry enclosures of fertile, meadow, pasture, arable, and wood land, hop ground, and lying compact, and surrounding the house, well timbered and watered and containing in the whole ONE HUNDRED and ONE ACRES. The buildings are all in good repair, the land in excellent condition, and immediate possession may be had. Two notes of the sale, with further particulars, will be given in this and other papers, and the estate mainly in the interim be viewed, by applying to the bailiff on the premises.
