1781 May 25 - Edward Gusterson hath since last Court Baron alienated to Samuel Alston and his heirs a certain Messuage or tenement in Town Street Nayland now in the occupation of Jno Francis. Also another tenement in Town Street adjoining the last, now in the occupation of William Lingwood Smith. Also all that piece of ground behind the last mentioned tenement or messuage where a tenement formerly stood in the occupation of William Lingwood Smith (vide 1757)

Including copies of wills of Bernard Carter gent. of Sudbury dated 1701 and Susan Foster widow of Halstead (co. Essex) dated 1763.
