Simon left a verbal Will which mentions a son, Francis. When probate was granted Millicent Wells alias Alston agrees to Simon's son-in-law Augustin Mayhew (who married daughter Alice 5.5.1621 at Brockley) being granted said probate. Millicent married at Brockley in 1625/6.

Simon married Elizabeth BOWNESS [11769] [MRIN: 940], daughter of BOWIS [11805] and Unknown, on 25 May 1587 in Lawshall SFK. (Elizabeth BOWNESS [11769] was born before 1569 in Keddington SFK and was buried on 12 Sep 1631 in Brockley SFK.)
