THIS IS THE LAST WILL and TESTAMENT of me HARRIETT SHERWOOD INGRAM of Homedean Shakespeare Rd, Worthing in the County of Sussex Widow and I hereby revoke all Wills and testamentary writings by me at any time heretofore made I request that I may be buried in or as near as can be to my late husband's grave in the cemetery at Woking I appoint Henry Cecil Geare of 57 Lincoln's Inn Fields solicitor and my niece Catherine Neate of 46 Drayton Gardens Kensington Spinster EXECUTORS and TRUSTEES of this my Will
I give and bequeath all my silver and electro plate and plated articles to my Nieces Catherine Neate and Emily Meliora Neate in equal shares but if either of them shall die in my lifetime then I give and bequeath the whole of such plate to the survivor
I give to Annie Dyball who is now in my service the contents of my wardrobe and linen chest free of all duty-payable in respect thereof
I give the following pecuniary legacies namely to my sister Penelope Duffield Fifty pounds To my Nephew Thomas Edmund Graham One hundred pounds To my Nephew James Graham Leslie Fifty pounds To my Niece Catherine Neate Fifty pounds, To my Niece Emily Meliora Meliora Neate Fifty pounds To my nephew George Charles Graham Two hundred pounds To my niece-Sarah Harriett Penelope Leslie four hundred pounds To each of my Godchildren Emily Harriett Graham Evelyn Harriett Boulnois and Dorothy Edith Ingram Ten pounds each To Mrs Mary Jane Fowler now residing at 3 Grosvenor Terrace Upper Parkstone Dorset Ten pounds To the said Henry Cecil Geare Fifty pounds To Annie Dyball Three hundred and fifty pounds and Ten pounds for mourning free of all duty payable in respect thereof
I devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate to my Executors and Trustees Upon trust to convert the same into money and thereout to pay my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts and the lega-cies bequeathed by this my Will or by any Codicil hereto and to pay and divide the residue there unto and equally between my said Nieces Catherine Neste and Emily Meliora Neate and if either of my said nieces shall die in my lifetime then the share of such niece so dying shall be paid to the survivor I declare that the said Henry Cecil Geare shall be entitled to charge and be paid for all professional and other Charges for any business done by him in connection with this my Will including any act which an Executor or Trustee not being a Soliciter could have done personally

I revoke the legacy of Four hundred pounds which by my Will I have given to my niece Sarah Harriett Penelope Leslie and in place thereof I give her a legacy of Fifty pounds and if for any reason she is unable to give a discharge for such legacy I authorise my Executors paying the same to her brother James Graham Leslie on his undertaking to apply it for her benefit and in all other respects I confirm my said Will
