1. Catherine Marianne de Soyres: Will 6 Dec 1907.
I CATHERINE MARIANNE FRIPP of number 10 Birch Grove West Acton in the county of Middlesex widow declare this to be my last will and testament I appoint my nephew Bernard de Soyres EXECUTOR and trustee of this my Will I give him fifty pounds free of duty in consideration of his so acting
I bequeath to such of my children as shall be living at my death all my household furniture plate linen china glass books pictures prints and other household effects in equal shares if more than one
And as to all the rest of my estate and effects both real and personal I devise and bequeath the same unto and to the use of the said Bernard de Soyres his heirs executors administrators and assigns Upon trust to sell and convert the same into money and after payment thereout of my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses and any pecuniary legacy bequeathed by this my will or any codicil hereto to divide the residue And as to one equal fourth part to pay the same to my son Leopold Henry Fripp as to another equal fourth part to pay the same to my son Francis Edward Bowles Fripp and as to the remaining two equal fourth parts to pay the saw to my daughter Madeleine Catherine Fripp for her separate use
IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand this sixth day of December one thousand nine hundred and seven

THIS IS A CODICIL to the before written will of me CATHERINE MARIANNE FRIPP widow Whereas I advanced my son Francis Edward Bowles Fripp five hundred & forty six pounds ten shillings on or about the 15th October 1902 Now in order to prevent misapprehension I direct that he shall allow that sum or so much thereof as shall at my death remain unpaid in account and against his share of my residuary estate but without accrued interest (if any) And declare that I have already cancelled any claim I may have against my son Leopold Henry Fripp for or in resect of a sum of three hundred pounds raised in 1905

THIS IS A FURTHER CODICIL to the before written will of me CATHERINE MARIANNE FRIPP widow Whereas I have lately advanced to my son Francis Edward Fripp a further five hundred pounds Now in order to prevent misapprehension I direct that he shall allow that sum or so much thereof as shall at my death main unpaid in account and against his share of my residuary estate but without accrued interest(if any) which I forgive as well as any interest on the £546 10s 0d mentioned in my previous codicil
