NOTES ON THE WHITMORE FAMILY
The following notes were found inscribed in an old family bible, inherited from my grandmother, Catherine Downing Liveing.

The inscription was made on two blank pages between the Old and New Testaments. On the left hand page:

"April 23^rd 1770 all my Children = Thomas - Ann - Mary - Sarah - John
were inoculated for the Small-pox by B Spinluff at Hedingam Sible"

On the facing page:

Sadler married Ann GREEN [9391] [MRIN: 798], daughter of Thomas GREEN of Wormingford ESS [9392] and Unknown, on 8 Dec 1757 in Wissington, Suffolk. (Ann GREEN [9391] was born about 1740 and died on 21 May 1768.)
