Francis James Nugee appears from the limited data available to have been born in mysterious and tragic circumstances.
- His birth is registered 1st Qtr 1863 St Pancras MDX Vol 1
B Pg110.
- His mother was a hospital patient (admitted 28 Jun 1862) at the time of his birth, she was aged 52 based on an unsubstantiated birth date of 1811, data on her death register entry makes her over 10 yrs older
- His father died within months of his birth

If the above are correct it is unlikely Mary Ann Bohm was his mother, who took care of the child after his father died.
His birth certificate should clarify this matter

He mmigrated to the USA in 1887 and is now naturalised. He has no occupation (retired struck out) he was not a veteran of any US war
