Sir William having married Thomasine daughter and heiress of Richard Hankford Esq. by Elizabeth his wife sister and heiress of Fulke FitzWarine seventh and last Baron FitzWarine of that family who died Sep. m 1429.
He was summoned to Parliament (jure uxoris) as Baron FitzWarine from January 2 1449 to September 7, 1469.
Baron FitzWarine died about the year 1470 and was succeeded by his son
William married Thomasine HANKFORD [15783] [MRIN: 5630], daughter of Richard HANKFORD Esq [15784] and Elizabeth FITZWARINE [15785].
