Dear reader this rather poorly transcribed Will has been copied into Robert's file from Ancestry Family Trees as it may be of help to a researcher. How it can display a date of 1760 when the death date in the Tree is 1742 is moot!

Tom Robinson writes of Robert in 2020 concerning a link with the Ingram's of Newsome House Leeds:
1. Gentleman's magazine obit of 1804 stated "Mr Ingram was of the same family that was enobled in 1661 by the title Irvine. We believe he was of an older branch and nearly allied to the title".

2. The Reverend Robert Ingram vicar of Wormingford, stated that he was from an earlier senior line and that he had been offered the title when the last Lord Irvine died in 1778, but he turned it down because "I can not afford it".
