THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me WALTER ROWLANDSON of "The Gables" New Romney in the county of Kent a Major General in Her Majesty's Indian Army I revoke all will's and testamentary papers heretofore made by Me direct that all my just debt's and funeral and testamentary expenses be paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after my decease and subject thereto I devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto my dear wife Agnes Mary Rowlandson absolutely and I appoint my said dear wife sole EXECUTRIX of this my will
IN WITNESS whereof I have hereto set my hand the first day of November one thousand eight hundred and ninety five
