Mary was unmarried, In 1887 she was admitted as a Clewer Sister (see research notes Frederick Guilder Julius) where she was known as Sr Mary Isabel. She was professed in 1889 and in 1890 went to India where she was head of a Sisterhood. She served until 1894.

Julius Mary Isobel of Clewer Berkshire Spinster died 3 Mar 1898. Probate London 26 April 1898 to Alexander Kaye Butterworth and George Montagu Butterworth Solicitors.

5. Mary Isabel Julius: Will, 16 Feb 1895.
THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me MARY ISABEL JULIUS now known as "Sister Mary Julius" as Sister of the Community of Saint John the Baptist and at present residing in the county of Surrey whereby I revoke all testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me I appoint my cousins Alexander Kaye Butterworth and George Montagu Butterworth Solicitors EXECUTORS of this my Will
Whereas under or by virtue of an Indenture of Settlement dated the thirty-first day of May One thousand eight hundred and seventy nine made between me the said Mary Isabel Julius of the one part and Arthur Brewin Arthur William Parker and Alexander Kaye Butterworth of the other part certain stocks funds moneys and securities are now held by the Trustees the said Indenture Upon trust to pay the income thereof to me the said Mary Isabel Julius during my life and from and after my death without leaving children Upon trust as one equal third part thereof for such person or persons for such intents and purposes and generally in such manner as I should by deed or will appoint and as to the other two equal third parts or shares thereof Upon trust for all and every or any one or more exclusively of any other or others of the sisters and brother of me the said Mary Isabel Julius and their issue in such shares And proportions and generally in such manner as I should by deed or will appoint Now in exercise of the said power of appointment given to me by the hereinbefore recited Indenture and of every other power enabling me in this behalf I do hereby appoint that the trustees or trustee for the time being of the hereinbefore recited Indenture shall from and after my decease stand possessed of the whole as well the one third part as the two third parts of the stocks funds moneys and securities then subject to the trusts thereof In trust for my sisters Edith Katherine Julius and Constance Marion Julius their heirs executors administrators and assigns as tenants in common in equal shares absolutely But in the event of either of my said sisters predeceasing me then I appoint that the said trustees or trustee shall stand possessed of the same stocks funds moneys and securities In trust for the survivor of my said sisters Edith Katherine Julius and Constance Marion Julius her heirs executors administrators and assigns absolutely I devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my said sisters Edith Katherine Julius and Constance Marion Julius their heirs executors administrators and assigns as tenants in common in equal shares absolutely But in the event of either of my said sisters predeceasing me then I devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever Unto the survivor of my said sisters Edith Katherine Julius and Constance Marion Julius her heirs executors administrators and assigns absolutely
IN WITNESS Whereof I have hereunto set my hand this sixteenth day of February One thousand eight hundred and ninety-five

Signed and declared by the said Mary Isabel Julius the Testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other all being present at one and the same time have hereunto set our names as witnesses the interlineation of the words "the Community of" and "residing" in the fourth and fifth lines of the first page having been first made
